Pervov.me
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 26 May 2026
Pervov.me is a personal travel journal. This page explains, in plain English, what information is collected when you visit the site or interact with us, and how that information is used.
What we collect
The site collects only basic, anonymous analytics:
- Google Analytics 4 — aggregated pageviews, sessions, geographic region (country/city), device type, referrer. No personal identifiers are sent.
- Yandex Metrika — same class of aggregated data, used for audience insights and improving content. Includes a heatmap/webvisor feature that records anonymized session interactions (clicks, scrolls) — no form inputs, passwords, or personal fields are recorded.
- Cloudflare (our hosting provider) — standard server logs: IP address, user agent, request URL, timestamps. Used solely for security, abuse prevention, and infrastructure reliability.
The site does not collect names, email addresses, or any other directly identifying information from visitors. No newsletter, no signup forms, no comments — there is nothing to fill in.
Cookies
Cookies are set only by the analytics tools above (Google Analytics, Yandex Metrika) and by Cloudflare for security/performance purposes. You can disable them in your browser at any time without losing any functionality of the site.
Pinterest publishing automation
This site uses the official Pinterest API (v5) to schedule and publish images and captions from our own content to our own Pinterest account (@pervovme). The integration runs server-side on a fixed schedule. It does not:
- read or store any data about Pinterest users other than the account owner
- interact with other Pinterest accounts on anyone's behalf
- share, sell, or transfer Pinterest data to any third party
Third-party services
We use the following third-party services, each of which has its own privacy policy:
Data retention
Analytics data is retained according to each provider's default retention period (typically 14–26 months, then automatically deleted). Server logs are retained for up to 30 days by Cloudflare.
Your rights
Because we do not collect personal identifiers, we have no way to access or delete data about a specific individual. If you wish to opt out of analytics, you can:
- Install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on
- Disable Yandex Metrika via their opt-out tool
- Use a browser-level tracker blocker (uBlock Origin, Brave, etc.)
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them.
